We're hiring someone who wants to get into recruitment and is ready to put the work in. No prior recruitment experience needed.
What you'll be doing
- Building client relationships through business development and outreach
- Sourcing and engaging candidates within your specialist IT market
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement
- Keeping on top of your pipeline, your activity and your targets
What we're looking for
- 6 months minimum in a sales or customer-facing environment
- Confident, commercially minded and comfortable on the phone
- Results and financially motivated
- Looking for a long-term career
What's on offer
- Base salary from £26,000 + up to 35% uncapped commission
- OTE Year 1: £30,000-£40,000 | Year 3-5: £60,000-£100,000+
