The roleWe’re looking for a Call Listening Administrator to join our growing team at Usay Compare.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of advice and service. You’ll be responsible for reviewing client interactions, supporting advisor development, and helping to maintain compliance standards across the business.
What you will be doingListening to and reviewing client interactions to ensure advice is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with customer needs
Identifying areas for improvement in product recommendations and advisor performance
Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, ensuring all advice and documentation meets required standards
Strong attention to detail
Professionalism, integrity, and credibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships
Strong listening and analytical skills
Sound judgement and reasoning ability
Ability to work independently and use initiative
A basic salary of £26,228
26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 2 years’ service
